About 100 g of the red cheese enchiladas (a bit carby with 5.5g of carbs per 100, but so good) and about 20g of lupin hummus. Two glasses of red wine throughout the day.</p><p></p><p>Went a bit above my daily carb allowance, will increase my exercise to compensate.</p></blockquote><p></p>
