16-09-19 Getting further behind. Breakfast, none. just tea. Then onto the main task of the day. Getting MrSlim a doctors appointment. We went to the first surgery, Doctor opened the door himself, in our rather rudimentary French we asked for a rendez vous. Once he had established that we had no other Dr in France and that we lived within the area. 11 am tomorrow. Well that was simple enough, and more prompt than our surgery in UK. Usually a three day wait at least, unless you can convince the health navigator it's urgent. Lunch, pâté salad, avocado, tomato and cheese salad, little hunk of delicious seeded baguette, water, tea Squash and tea in the afternoon. Dinner , the rest of the moussaka, beans and leeks. We had Bordeaux Clairet to drink, it's a very dark pink, almost red rosé . I had the fig left from yesterday and nearly drowned it in cream. Tea in the evening.
