Not even my favorite opera . My pink salt lamp and my own version of meditation ( thinking about bears playing near a cool spring and me cuddling them ) also help . </p><p></p><p>I drink hot water with lemon . Before diabetes , I would drink hot milk and honey . It did help.</p><p></p><p>Oh and as @ Quinn1066 said , check with your doctor for any interactions before you try those tea .</p></blockquote><p></p>
