A tablespoon of h/m low-carb chocolate mousse.</p><p></p><p>Dinner: A DD keto roll made into flat bread topped with creme fraiche, spinach, garlic, olive oil, gorgonzola and baked in oven. Another DD flat bread with butter.</p><p></p><p>Two glasses of dry red wine throughout the day.</p></blockquote><p></p>
