@PenguinMum - thanks for that! Hubby is having scampi tonight and I was wondering what to have. Aubergine parmigiana it is now. @SlimLizzy - glad to read the clear up is progressing well. On my catch up, I've reached the measurements. I'm more like @Brunneria in that I tend to cook/bake by sight but I do swap back and forward between Imperial & metric. Very rarely have a disaster so it seems to work. Tuesday bed 6.1 FBG also 6.1. It was a really odd day. Pretty much the same food as yesterday but BGs shot up to 11.6 four hours after I last ate and took another 4 hours to come back down. B. Gardeners arrived so I was making bacon butties for them and Hubby. I had my usual TAG but with a slice of black pudding, 2 rashers of back bacon and a fried egg. L. Couple of the GF crackers and a couple of Lidl's version of Dairylea triangles. D. Remains of the beef Kung Po and cauli rice I made yesterday. A DGF hazelnut & chocolate. @shelley262- Abbott do have a lot of questions which is why I just email them about a "rogue" but I do agree the are getting very efficient.
