Two glasses of wine.</p><p>BG before meal was 6.0</p><p>One hour 8.3</p><p>2.5 hours 7.9</p><p>Bit shocked at this.</p><p>Seems the potatoes produce a higher and longer lasting spike than the chocolate ice cream I had yesterday.</p><p></p><p>Fell asleep halfway through writing this.</p><p>7.30am FBG 6.3</p><p>So am having lemon tea and retesting in an hour..hoping it will go down.</p><p></p><p>Added. 8.30am FBG 6.4 </p><p>CWC and 2 teaspoonfuls of unsweetened peanut butter.</p><p></p><p> ,</p></blockquote><p></p>
