Morning All Yesterday did quite a bit outside in the morning. Breakfast was usual slice HiLo toast, butter, lots of tea. Lunch was pile of egg mayo on another slice HiLo toast, side salad. Supper was stir fried beef rump with oriental veg only for me with ginger and Teriyaki sauce and accompanying noodles for Mr PM. Today same breakfast. Lunch will be two scrambled eggs with cold leftover bacon from Mr PM’s Breakfast. Supper will be big lamb chump chop panfried with fried cubed aubergine (to use it up) in the pan juices. There may be a snifter or two beforehand. Red wine with the lamb would be nice but dont think we have any. I rarely drink wine and only red whereas Mr PM drinks copious amounts of only white. Jack Sprat and his wife. @shelley262 congratulations and enjoy the anniversary trip. @SlimLizzy didnt like the look of that snake and it was big!
