What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Meal had been low carb with water to drink.</p><p>Fromage blanc is yogurt a little further towards cheese.</p><p>Later glass of wine and another of water.</p><p>When we got home shared a bottle of rosé had snacks cheese for me, bread and cheese for him. Another bottle of wine was shared, Then I had chorizo melt, and because it was so tasty ate the other one as well. No wonder i have been putting on weight and having higher than i would like BG.</p><p>This is me getting back on track. Really?</p></blockquote><p></p>
