What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Got the soffritto made and into the IP with pancetta and chilli. Just going to finish the tripe prep and the rest of the ingredients are going in. </p><p>D. Will be said Trippa alla Romana as Hubby and boys are having steak pie, mash & peas for dinner.</p></blockquote><p></p>
