25.09. 2020 Breakfast nut granola and CWC x2 Morning touching up and clearing up in the new bedrooms. Even cleaned the windows. Lunch 2 tiny slices wholemeal toast with avocado and ham. 1 cherry tomato and a radish. BG before lunch 5.7 After two hours 7.6 obviously will have to throw the bread- it's not suitable for either of us. More cleaning all afternoon. Dinner roast chicken, celeriac cauliflower and runner beans, few roasted courgettes. Wine, wine and more wine while we debated the various courses of action open to us. But Mrslim had poached figs. He did reduce the sugar content quite significantly, but still probably something I shouldn't eat. Cheese fingers and more chocolate than I intended, coffee and later lemon tea at bedtime, a nod to low carb . expecting high FBG tomorrow @maglil55 do understand your can't be bothered phase, with so much else going on in your life sometimes cooking has to take a back seat. Hope you find you mojo again soon. @zauberflote best of luck with your cat. Vets visits are sometimes traumatic for both pet and owner. Hugs to all who need them Stay safe. Here we are getting hemmed in by red zones, but still remaining one of the few low risk areas.
