I had a spell of incredible chest tightness and what I didn't know was wheezing, 23 years ago after a bad cold, which later led to my surprise asthma dx when I went to do allergy testing. I would prop my elbows under me to get to sleep. I have two nice redolent (my favorite non-food smells all in one greasy gooey childhood memory) unopened jars of Vicks now, and should probably buy one of those personal face steamers.
