@ianpspurs functional is exactly what that breakfast was. The ingredients taste much better not mixed up and baked. But-- no mess, easy to eat while driving. Your chocolate looks rich and tasty but two of the sweeteners disagree with me. Sigh. Salmon and avocado sound very fine to me. Poor Ian, but you know the dogs will get over it quickly! I really hope you didn't have to watch! [emoji15] @Mrs T 123 hugs for old-job loss and congrats on positive take on new one! Took me 10 years to see the bright side. Bfast as pictured up there somewhere, this time it was gooey because I didn't bake it the second time. Gooey and ( @maglil55 ) -->nearly flavorless. I will have to try again next week! Lunch a deli slice of jack cheese, spoon of peanut butter Pre-barre class skyr yogurt/olive oil Supper very quickly eaten before going off to a covid style rehearsal where the flute player requests to play from the front porch....(neighbors loved it!) cherry tomatoes, olives, spinach no hm dressing drat that delinquent kitchen witch, flax crisps/dilute soy, a few pecans, and the less said about after rehearsal the better. @SlimLizzy I have learned a new squash, thank you! @maglil55 I'd forgotten Iceland was an actual store.. a week ago you said you'd have to go there for whatever, and today you went-- you had me fooled there!!! Hugs for horrid days.... Goodnight all and good morning sooner than I'd like zzzzzzzz
