Pecans, dilute soymilk, 1 sq Lindt 90%</p><p>Lunch a chunk of some cheese that's really good, handful almonds</p><p>Supper who knows. Plenty of meals in freezer for MrZF so maybe a salmon burger? Purposeful leftovers of roasted green beans and/or spinach, flax crisps/dilute soy</p></blockquote><p></p>
