Couple of the butcher's Mexican melts. A little rissole type thing made with minced pork, filled with Mexican cheese and coated in egg and a spicy rub. Had it with lettuce, avocado, beetroot, mini mozzarella. Raspberries and a scoop of Grahams Goodness.</p><p></p><p>Tuesday Bed 7.4 FBG 7.7</p><p></p><p>B. TAG - busy morning. Had to get DIL to chiropractor pre school, drop son at shops, boys to school (complete with bicycle [emoji605] in boot - bike safety week) then back to get DIL/SON.</p><p>L. Eventually, 2 slices SLC toast with ox tongue & whipped cheese.</p><p>D. Peppered pork loin steak & veggie chips.</p></blockquote><p></p>
