So far so good.</p><p></p><p>Next was 2 of their chocolate eclairs - not too bad at 21g/carb a piece. And the generous amount of cream slows down any spike.</p><p></p><p>Then proper food to finish - fried 20% mince, mixed with smoked streaky bacon and onions.
