More Assam and inulin - fibre is also a priority.</p><p>My basic main meal -mackerel salad with spinach powder and toasted pine nuts this evening. Biotin, Nutri Align and Vit D. I'm very comfortable with that. More gms protein than fat but a dirty day nutritionally IMHO.</p></blockquote><p></p>
