Just had lunch of small avocado and small pack cold flaked salmon with mayo, neither are my fave things but needed to be virtuous after high FBG. Then mug tea and two squares dark hazelnut choc to remove the cold salmon taste! Later Mr PM has requested chicken fajitas and wraps with soured cream, salsa and guacamole.
