Saturday 13 August bed 6.1 FBG 5.6. Jujitsu day. Did I say sleeping would be easier? It was still very humid and once again sheets were very damp due to nocturnal sweating. Another change coming up. Shower, wash hair then got cool clothes and off to jujitsu. Shopping afterwards. Back home to continue labelling school clothes. B. TAG and a bit crustless quiche. L once back home a SLC sandwich with wafer thin ham and Philly. D. Cold cuts - too humid for anything else.slice each ox tongue, wafer thin ham, roast beef, corned beef, smoked chicken, smashed avocado, santini tomatoes. Nicks coconut bar. Sunday 14 August - bed 7.5 FBG 7.8 B. 2 slices of SLC toast with ox tongue and whipped cheese. TAG. L. Last bit of crustless quiche. D. Campari and soda. I made tarragon chicken with cauliflower cheese, green beans, asparagus and 1/2 a roast potato. Cooking was a distraction from the thunderstorm. At least its cleared the air and brought some badly needed rain.
