Didn't get around to posting yesterday. What I had was: Breakfast: 2 fried eggs. Lunch: Chicken salad (left-over chicken with hard boiled egg, cucumber, spring onion and tomato).. Evening meal: Similar to lunch but with added bits of melon and chopped up ham and no hb egg. So far today: egg "mess" with crispy bacon, bits of pre-cooked sausage, chopped up tomato, all in a wrap. Hoped it might be enough until evening, but am already hungry. I have the wraps in for Em but this was the last one in the packet and she's not likely to be back for a day or 2 - last week DIL was looking after 2 year-old Rue for the night but Rue spent much of the night vomiting; on Friday, Em had a bad headache and by yesterday, she (and big brother Braidie) had started vomiting, DIL stayed off work to avoid carrying an infection to vulnerable people for whom she is a home carer. Yesterday Alistair went down with it - whatever it is. Unfortunately, it developed while he was out on his delivery. He finished what he could and went back to the sorting office (making sure he stayed away from everyone else, and wearing a mask). Last I heard DIL was still allright. So, the upshot was, there was a left-over wrap which would have gone off. Shouldn't be too many carbs in one wrap. Nothing out of the freezer for another meal, so I'll have to have a hunt and see what there is.
