B- 2 small boiled eggs and a spoonful of sauerkraut L- kale crisps and asparagus spears wrapped in bacon with h/ garlic mayo. Rhubarb, h/m yoghurt and seeds. That should have been it but I found a portion of choc chia pud left in the fridge so ate that, then a square of Lindt 90%. What started off as a decent l/c lunch ended up costing me around 20g carbs. I couldn’t believe it when I added it up. Unsurprisingly BG rose more than is good for me. Did a few squats and lunges to try and bring it down a bit. D- very late. Went to beach but the sea was still too ‘lumpy’ for swimming so just sat. Back at home I had slow cooker shin of beef with grated cheese on top and a glass of red.
