[QUOTE="ravensmitten, post: 2671917, member: 566099"] fbg 5.1 B: 3 Bacon, Scrambled egg with grated red Leicester mixed in, chives & onion powder, half a little gem lettuce, 4 tomatoes. Forgot my tablet but took it with some celery and a few bits when got back from swimming. Although feeling far more nimble and a bit 'different' after cutting back, had a banging head all morning, I could tell it's from ongoing neck/shoulder issues rather than anything else, managed to stretch it out with a towel roll exercise and some chin tucks to get some relief once got home. 4:30pm, guess carb withdrawal kicked in as crashed out, had alarm set for 90 min nap at most, woke up 4 hours later. Must have needed it. 8pm: Tin of mackerel with the other half of the lettuce to take my medication. Some yoghurt with a wee sprinkle of cocoa powder mixed in as my daughter had powered through the remaining raspberries after swimming earlier in the day. felt like was going to crash out again not an hour after I woke (and maybe should have taken the opportunity then*) but drank a cup of bouillon, which seemed to sort me right out got hungry and had a midnight feast of a minute steak in butter and pepper, and a gherkin. *I'm still awake at 1:40am, and ravenous after all that I've eaten today!
