I'm slipping again! I just can't stay on top of things at the moment. Back to Tuesday 12 March bed 7.8 FBG 7.3. B. TAG and Benecol dairy free. L. Nothing D. 4 chicken drumsticks & a gin and soda. Then another gin and soda! My food diary is protesting at the lack of food. Wednesday 13 March bed 6.7 FBG 6.9 B. TAG and Benecol dairy free L. A bit of crustless quiche D. Some prawns with Marie Rose, 1/2 a buratta, slice of smoked salmon, and veggie salad. Thursday 14 March bed 6.3 FBG 6.7. I've given up on trying to get to my Thursday Aqua for now. I just cannot work it out until grandson's timetable issues are resolved. B. Just TAG L. A bit of crustless quiche D. 3 GF sausages, 2 poached eggs (well one and a bit), slice of GF Black pudding, 4 mushrooms & 4 tomatoes. The one and a bit eggs were down to me, trying M&S pack of two poached eggs for speed. It's a microwave job. What they don't tell you is to pierce the top. I didn't, and one exploded leave a bit of one egg. The surviving egg was perfectly poached, with a soft yolk. The microwave took a bit of cleaning.
