@shelley262 your smoked trout and kimchi lunches look fantastic! @IanBish your omelette looks great to me, not at all scruffy, and they are my favourite fillings. Today I had fried eggs, avocado and a cheese ‘cracker’ for breakfast ( slice of Gouda microwaved for 90 secs until bubbly and crispy) Lunch was cream cheese in celery sticks and lettuce boats filled with M&S prawn and crab cocktail. DGF brownie and cream to follow. Dinner DietDoctor Chinese style pork stew with cabbage noodles which was really tasty. Few almonds and tea with lactofree milk. I’m trying to get back on track. Food has been erratic the last few days and BG sky high as Paul collapsed at work on Wed and has been in hosp on the cardiac ward since then. He’s ok and in good spirits but it was a horrible shock.
