Coffee with lactofree, coconut oil and flaxseeds</p><p>S: Green tea and maybe half of the breakfast</p><p>L: Beef Burger with bacon and cheddar. Mayo, mustard and ketchup. Green salad.</p><p>D: Courgette, spinach and broccoli soup with yogurt. poached salmon fillet.</p></blockquote><p></p>
