@DeejayR might have been the carrots for the 6.8, but must admit your dinner sounds lovely

Feel rather stuffed today, think I overdid on the yoghurt and cream
B: avocado
L: 1 1/2 roast chicken leg
3 o'clockses: yoghurt blackberries and cream with a sprinkle of flaked almonds
D: two burgers mediterranean veg. Yoghurt berries and cream again!

Breakfast turkey rashers poached egg mushrooms
Lunch chicken leek soup from deli, soy latte and 2 sq dark chocolate
Snack 1sq chocolate and some smoked turkey slices in cinema
Dinner at pub quiz steak salad and 5 chips 1 sq dark chocolate
Snack cheese portion

You made olive bread? How lovely - but with flour? And you didn't get a spike from it?

I discovered that if I put the chia porridge in the Bullet it makes a sort of creamy ice cream affair... I used half water, half coconut milk, sweetener and vanilla extract... gorgeous and a lot less like frog's spawn... Mind you, you have to scrape it all off the blender...

Hah! I hear you... Not a hope... my brother pleads with me not to eat cheese... he's having a laugh, obviously...

Oh....didn't know that! Why's that? The full fat yoghurt showed double the carbs......
Now I'm really confused....

Plus I want to take good care with my cholesterol too
Ahhh, we mostly tend to eat high fat, low carbs...No wheat at all, no crisps, potatoes, root veg.. etc... I eat goat's yoghurt so hadn't noticed the carbs in the other stuff... I'll have a look, although I'm a bit restricted to what I can buy here...

Breaky - 3 table spoons of asda's own porridge oats, 2 of honey toasted oats, milk, water & acadia honey, Pre 5.2, 1hr 5.7 & 2hr 5.3. sometimes I add asda's high bran about 10-15g, readings about the same with the bran.

Yesterday
B usual bacon and mushrooms
L current fad of cheese and pickled onions
D black farmers sausages baked courgette sprinkled in parmasen with my usual full fat coleslaw
Few strawberries and cream
Bedtime usual carb free hot chocolate

Breakfast boiled egg spelt bread toast
Lunch bacon veg soup from deli and pkt ham slices
Snack soy latte and 2 sq dark chocolate
Dinner out at course so may just be bits and a salad when I get in or I might have some of the turkey mince ragu I made yesterday with a salad and cheese .

Have had a bad day today and am feeling quite miserable
Bg this morning 10.6. Slept in for work, and when I got there realised that I should have been somewhere else for our team day! - bad start! Got to the venue; fortunately I had taken some ham, cream and an avocado with me, as all that was on offer were cakes, pastries and biscuits. Lunch was equally disappointing with chicken curry and rice, veg curry and rice, or plain salad, followed by Death by Chocolate cake and cream. Had salad with my avocado, and caved in and had some cake and cream. Bg 2hrs after was 12.6! ***?! Just sat through the whole afternoon becoming increasingly mis, wish I could retire!!!

Erm,............ who says dairy is verbotten? I'll hold 'em. You hit 'em.
LOL It ain't, but sometimes being low carb and vegetarian just seems toooo easy. I like to mix things up a bit to keep me on my toes

At least it's not raining. Be kind to yourself this evening

Tonight I will be mostly swallowing my tongue as I'm at a stress management course and tonight's topic is diet and someone has just handed me a leaflet on the eat well plate.

B yoghurt cherries and mixed chopped nuts
L cheese, nuts, ham, sugar free jelly
D omelette made with leftover roast chicken from yesterday, cheese and mushrooms. Yum!

Go get 'em tiger!

Or maybe best you blend into the background and go to your happy place. Might be less stressful. Very best of luck.

But, look on the bright side. you'll be able to practise your stress management.

I'd call that a result. Sort of.

Ish.
