What is a bad spike for you, personally?




Can you report what your morning fasting BG was the next morning from this meal?
 
Ponchu it was down to 6.2, normal has been 5.5 to 5.8. I think the groggy feeling could be a sign for me to look out for. Only my second week of testing so gathering as much info as possible regarding figures, what effects them and any effects I may be able to recognise without a meter
