What is Linseed and why have I bought it?

@Robinredbreast that bread sounds really nice but where the heck do I find xantham gum!? I've definitely never came across that when shopping xx
Look in the free from section of any super market

They are really expensive in some stores, the likes of Lidl & Aldi are very cheap for buying seeds.

Yep, buying all these ingredients is far more expensive than making a 'normal loaf of bread' but if we want to eat it we have to pay. ps I might be cheeky and ask my GP for some of the ingredients on prescription
