What is the HF in LCHF?

Thus, a higher fat intake would seem to work in our favour by slowing weight loss, and increasing HDL, with concurrent lowering of triglycerides. LCHF is not classed as VLCD, which is the type of diet with highest rate of weight loss.</p></blockquote><p></p>
