I don't frequent this site as much as I used to what with work getting in the way etc. But today I dropped by and found at least 2 people who have been regulars have left, some nonsense chat about weed and low carbing still being a culprit for causing most arguements!!!
Can we keep this place real and civilised (cos kids and so called grown ups use it) please, otherwise people will stop using it and it will implode.
Low carbers - good for you. Some it works for some it doesn't. Lets keep that as a fact - rather than a point of arguement. I personally feel some people swear by it and on this basis have rammed it down my throat too - being told I'm wrong etc. I'm not wrong. Having diabetes is a very personal problem that can only be managed through trial and error. What I'm saying is what might work for you might not work for others. OK!
Lets get back to basics on here - supporting each other through personal experience.
Noone on here is right or wrong.
