Hi, there are so many things that affect your numbers, what and when you eat, what you had eaten yesterday, carbs/protein/fat content, mood, exercise, underlying viruses, direction of wind, it’s endless, the only way to really know what you should or shouldn’t be eating is to test test and test, you will tolerate different foods than someone else so listen to your meter, it takes time to be sure due to the variants, your doing good, keep going.
