Had KFC (10)mini fillets and gravy around 16:30 and my blood sugars are 7.8 at 21.15.
Now is this because I ate early? I have exercised today.
Yesterday I had cauliflower mash asparagus and salmon my bloods went up to 14mmol 3 hours later.
Should I eat my last meal earlier during the day? I tend to eat around 8/9pm. Oh I have drunk a lot of fluids today does that help? Still trying to get the hang of this.
    Any thoughts?

Hi, there are so many things that affect your numbers, what and when you eat, what you had eaten yesterday, carbs/protein/fat content, mood, exercise, underlying viruses, direction of wind, it’s endless, the only way to really know what you should or shouldn’t be eating is to test test and test, you will tolerate different foods than someone else so listen to your meter, it takes time to be sure due to the variants, your doing good, keep going. Keep testing!

You are ahead of the curve, you are here, you are brave enough to ask questions and are prepared to listen to these hugely experienced people, you may be struggling (as we all do) but your future is bright :)
