Had KFC (10)mini fillets and gravy around 16:30 and my blood sugars are 7.8 at 21.15. Now is this because I ate early? I have exercised today. Yesterday I had cauliflower mash asparagus and salmon my bloods went up to 14mmol 3 hours later. Should I eat my last meal earlier during the day? I tend to eat around 8/9pm. Oh I have drunk a lot of fluids today does that help? Still trying to get the hang of this. Any thoughts?
