what percentage?

ive reduced my insulin (lantus and novorapid)
from 240 units total daily dose to
190 units total daily dose
what percentage have i reduced it by?
i need to know for my upcoming endo appt

For future reference, find the difference ie 240-190 = 50. Then divide that difference by the original amount and multiply by 100.
So (240-190)/240x100 = 20.8333 so 21% rounded up!
