I struggle with most veg, potatoes carrots and corn are the exceptions. Which doesn't help much. From your list I can currently eat cheese
I've been working on eating scrambled eggs this week but it takes me a while as I have to mentally build myself up to taste a tiny amount, I then build that amount up until I'm used to the texture and then I have to get my head to shut up as for my whole life it's said "I don't like that" so I then need to teach myself that I do like it
it took me months of hypnotherapy too be able to eat Chicken when I younger. I have a long journey ahead, but there is so much info here I am sure I'll manage it.
