unusual situation for cpap. the only thing I could think of is you are reacting from something coming from the mask. make sure your tubes and mask are cleaned regularly with soap and water. I use wipes for the mask daily. I disinfect the mask and tube interminantly, probably twice a year, with ozone contraption I got. never had an issue with allergic reaction.
