155 (8.6) after dinner (baked sweet potato with home made ragu)
144 (8.0) while out with friends after some kubus (arabic bread) with hummous and meat and watermelon juice
145 (8.1) this morning, not eaten yet

A bit confused this morning how my readings went down after the bread but stayed so high through to this morning.
