7.8 at 0035 last night
13.4 at 0700 this morning (and rising)!
Did well all day yesterday and spoiled it by getting very hungry in the early hours and had ONE oatcake. I know full well that oats is a no no for me, but it was the only thing available at that late hour. That was pretty stupid of me.

I seem to go into cycles of high readings (not usually quite as high as 15) which last a few days and then for no apparent reason, it drops down to pretty reasonable levels again for a while. I'm beginning to think that even minimal carbs knock things off course for a few days what ever I do to try to compensate.
