Thank youGood morning all. 4.5 today. Up early to catch a train to my Dad’s - unusually for me I could have slept longer. Have a good weekend all. @Cumberland @karen8967 and @philchap1 hope you will be hypo free. I can’t begin to imagine what it’s like having to cope with that.
Thanks @Freema what's the result usually, do you lose weight?hello ; the egg cure is eating only eggs for 3-4 days... except from some meat in between.. and some lemon juice in the water I drink.... eggs haven´t hardly gotten any carbs in them.... so well it is an egg diet... not really a cure
