What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Not a good morning....

14.4mmol this morning. I went to bed on a 4.6mmol! Ugh...
 
Good morning, 6.4 today. Not bad given I hit 12 last night. There was a small pot of chocolate sauce in a large pack of strawberries. Used half to dip some of the strawberries. I should have read the label as its main constituent was a glucose fructose syrup!
 
5.6......and sooooooooo pleased, last 7 days readings have been up and down AND there has been slight change to my weight as well! It has gone down since I started to eat little more....figure that! (yeah I know the theory, but it still feels funny to see some lower numbers on scales after enjoying eating something that 'should not be seen on one's plate'.

Hi all. Mine was 7.1 this morning but my Dr says I am not diabetic -go figure!!
 
11.0 this am unsure why ..as was 8.8 when went to bed
 
Again...not a good morning! 13.2mmol this am. Due to have a ring from the diabetes NEEDS team so will discuss.
