What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Mine was 7.7 this morning been low curbing for 3 weeks as been told if I don’t get levels down in 3 weeks i will be put on insulin still not getting them low enough how long before it should get below 6 normally on reg basis

Not a question any of us can answer, I'm afraid. We're all different.
Have you compared your postprandial readings? These tend to improve more quickly than FBG.
 
Morning all, BG a consistent 6.6 again this am.

But I’ve had raging toothache all night and my blood pressure is in my boots 115/68. Another trip to the dentist coming up. Not sure what I can do about the BP, it’s been much lower since I went on Metformin. I should be delighted but I feel like rubbish when it’s that low.

I sympathise with the pain I’ve had earache for 3 days and the pain is going into my jaw. I’m applying otex 3 times a day and hope it clears without me calling the doctor.
