Morning. This is my first post. 6.4 but have been up for a bit and dealt with an oversleeping teen. I am pleased with that though. . Granary toast with butter for breakfast and some tomato juice.

Snap 4.7 for me too though was a bit surprised after the carb fest I had yesterday and a reading of 7.0 at midnight.
