What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hum - I'm going to have to pray to St Anthony again! At least let my numbers be consistently in the 6s! This morning - 7.5 and an increase in Lantus is beckoning!
 
8.4 this morning. Away weekend, tried very hard no Christening cake, stayed low carb, but low GI bread roll, half, and small bag crisps. Must be the reason. St Anthony please help me too.

@leslie10152 - within the last 7 days I too on 2 days have forgotten to take my Insulin! - I am blaming the Morphine.

I have been carb and calorie counting-it has helped me focus on enjoying what I eat and making informed choices. Just trying not to overdo anything. I am also walking for about 20 minutes after lunch which is my heaviest carb meal usually.
