What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

FBG 5.4 this morning. Pleased with that.

Just had 20 mins of full on cockadoodling from Sidney but thankfully he’s found the off switch and peace has landed. Discovered my neighbour has been putting out bird food, there was the most beautiful pheasant yesterday.
 
Morning All bamboozled by 7.7 this morning after a very low carb fish supper. Anyway just got to carry on carrying on, nothing else for it! Same message with a big hug to @mojo37 and anyone else needing a hug. @Ladynijo we had a pheasant come to visit twice a day from Spring to Autumn 2020 which gave us such a boost when we are all locked down. We fed him on the top step at the back and sometimes he brought a lady friend. We loved him and called him Mr Fuzz and he would alert me at the back door and accompany me and the seeds to the “table”. His table manners were appalling and no wonder he couldn’t keep the same girlfriend. We have to find joy where we can folks.

bright and sunny here, but chilly. A beautiful day to fly! Leaving this afternoon for our trip….flying from Canada is brutal, such long flights!
kinda worried about food but I’ll just deal with it. I’ll be fine….
