What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

2/12 - Morning.

11.0 - (very slow coming down)

Weaning myself off the Morphine, but taking in it's place Tramadol and Pregabalin for Pain relief.

Struggling a bit to get the balance of carbs and calories right.

Threw out any high carbs stuff that was in my fridge this morning and just got back from shops with lower carbs food for the weekend.

Be interesting to see what my BG looks like on Monday.
 
Good morning Fellow Sufferers! 6.9 yesterday and having discarded the first reading, 6.8 fasting today! Sunny here again but cold in London.
