What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Where’s the protein?
I eat 4-500 calories for breakfast & still have a mid morning snack& I’m just under 50kg
wheatabix is 2.25g protein (4.5g per 2), roasted peanuts 15g = 4g then whatever is the milk.

i dont know much about protien (breakfast wise). most lunches have a fair amount. evening meals usually packed (with very little in way of carbs)

this morning 4.5 libre. breakfast then off for a short walk and swim

posted other day a couple of recent graphs. heres a couple more from nearer start of diagnosis (when got brave enough for libre) .

Here's a few of my graphs breakfast this morning was 1 wheatabix and 15g peanuts total 14g carbs

My graph reflects my activity more than what I eat which is very low carb

Something like

Breakfast eggs and butter or eggs and ham/ bacon

Lunch meat/fish with roast peppers

Supper meat/fish with curried veg.

Few strawberries/ blueberries and cream

Gotta love a fox . Have a few which sometimes visit

5.4 this morning…yippee. No carbs save for the quarter apple and a couple of tiny dill pickles. Pleased my body responded to this.
Woohoo, first day of fall, the weather is stunning! Although very chilly this morning (7 degrees) it’s sunny and will get to 25 today.
Gym was a 6.5 mile bike ride and shoulders, biceps and chest weights.
Walking the pup shortly, checking clothes for trip and doing more studying on Japan.

Currently seven point one but happy to see an almost straight line, sub six, through sleeping hours.

Have a good day if you possibly can
