6.3 today.
Gym was extra heavy upper body weights, no cardio. It was time for a challenge. I then did a little shopping while it snowed/rained….it’s nice, the tress are covered but the roads are bare. Tried on a pile of winter coats…need one for extreme cold. I found a few but want to check one more place.
@grantg, yes we do have little pins and awards for lots of blood donations here in Canada. I think the first pin is after 25 donations.
