6.4 this morning.

Seem to be in a pattern of mid 6s, which I'm happy with, but struggling with higher than normal liver dumps between waking and breakfast this week - consistently up to 8 or 8.2, which is much higher than usual. Haven't changed routine or eating habits so not sure what is going on.
