Sadly the actor Geoffrey Bayldon who played Catweasle passed today aged 93.

I made a few adjustments - couple of days skipping breakfast (have never skipped meals before due to chronic migraine and hunger triggering them, but they're much improved on LCHF, so I gave it a whirl and was fine); then upped exercise- getting off train 1 stop earlier in the morning and returning to that station in the evening, and where work schedule allows, going for a 20 minute walk at lunchtime. Now just have to keep it going!

What a coincidence with Catweezle, we where only talking about him yesterday,then this awful news of him passing. But what a good age he lived too. K
