12 at 7 am have my HBAC1 results back Tuesday maybe doctor will up my tablets. On 2000 mg Metformin at the moment.

Thought I posted earlier - but it seems not. 5.6 @6.15am. Hours walk before breakfast, started off all grey and threatening rain, but glorious by the time I was home. My cold seems to be clearing up, which is good as I've had some horrible post meal figures in the last couple of days.

8.0. Which is quite normal. I then went for a 20 mile bike ride before breakfast/brunch and it was 10.2 when I got back. Have just eaten brunch (egg, bacon, mushrooms) so will see what the numbers are in 2 hours.

4.8 Night time basal needs some adjustment though, I kept getting a little low. In other news, I had a bent cannula yesterday and it was terrible, so I'm sitting here eating a 50g carbs breakfast now hoping the new cannula does its job!
