I went ten pin bowling last night ate burger and fries and didn't take any novorapid with me so it's entirely my fault

After 12.3 it's gone down the rest of the day

Woke up today to a reading of 7.3 which is quite high for me. Can anyone give me info or useful tips on how to stop binge eating at night? I have a bad habit.
