What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

...a little low...but glad to be back in the right general region after last weeks crazy sugars
 
7.2. Then 2 hours after breakfast of porridge was 8.8
 
this am it was 8.3 yesterday it was high but unsure why
 
6.5 today
6.5 before breakfast of porridge
2 hours later 7.4
 
6.3 this morning - quite surprised because I've been under a lot of stress recently (my mum's in hospital with MRSA)
 
Good morning all

Confused this morning, first tested and got a 5.6! which is out of sync with the past month or so. So tested again and got a 4.8

Still good I guess
